Creating Prosperity

Creating Prosperity Quotations by W. C. Fields

If there’s a will, prosperity can’t be far behind.

Creating prosperity is a matter of following your desires and staying on the path that leads you to them.

Have you ever been told that you create your own destiny?

Well, it’s true.

You hold the key to your future; what you do with that key is entirely up to you.

Will you put it in your pocket and never make use of it?

Or will you unlock the door that holds your prosperity?

Read on to learn how you can start shaping your success today.

Determine What Creating Prosperity Means to You

– How do you define being prosperous?

No one else can tell you what it means to you.

Each person’s idea of a successful life is different.

Yet we all want to feel as though we have accomplished something.

We all desire to prosper.

Take a moment to think deeply about what matters most to you and why.

What area of your life is it that you are most interested in creating prosperity in?

Make a list of your goals and dreams; even the ones that seem far fetched (you can determine which goals are long and short term later on).

This list of goals will serve as a map for the journey towards your prosperity; after all, how can you get anywhere if you don’t have some direction?

Check out a chapter from my book as I share with you how “Finding my Purpose” gave me direction, I also share with you step by step instructions on how you can find your purpose.

Pack Up the Old Way of Thinking

– now that you know who and where you want to be, you must make your way of thinking over.

The power of thinking is so strong it can make or break our reality.

If you aren’t where you want to be just yet, it probably has a great deal to do with your way of thinking.

Does your mind motivate you or create fear that causes you to not act on your desire to gain prosperity?

It could be working against you. Often, we are standing in our own way.

So get out of your own way and let the new you through!

When negative thoughts pop up, stop them and redirect your thinking immediately.

It’ll get easier over time; you’ll soon become a tough opponent for those nagging thoughts.

Make Room for your New Mind, or Make a Room that Brings About a New Mind

– Your power over your mind’s methods of thinking is the key to your success, but help from your outside surroundings can prove beneficial as well.

If you are aiming to start a business out of your home it’d be a good idea to have a clutter free work space, free of distractions as well.

You may be interested in trying feng shui to increase your relaxation, productivity and possibly, your prosperity.

Simple changes of room colors and positioning of desks are believed to work wonders in the life of an individual.

Why not check out a book on feng shui and see if it’s for you?

You’ve nothing to lose!

Meditate on your Prosperity

– have you ever had a dream that felt too real?

How about a daydream?

When we visualize our success -especially while in a conscious state- we not only delight in seeing it, but we can feel the way we’d feel if it were actually happening to us!

What a great motivation!

This is why so many individuals choose to meditate on their prosperity.

Find a peaceful place to do this and make time for this each day.

It can prove to be a great help when creating prosperity.

It’s a reminder of what you are working towards.

If you need a real visual aid you may enjoy creating a dream board.

Simply cut out pictures from magazines of cars you’d like to be driving, homes you’d like to live in, and vacation destinations you want to visit, etc.

Put the pictures up on a bulletin board and hang it where you will see it often, or where you can sit and meditate while staring at it.

Imagining yourself living the life you want to live will get you wanting it more badly and working more diligently towards that goal.

Get a Prosperity Partner

happy family– You are the only one who can determine your success, but getting yourself a goal buddy -or in this case, a prosperity partner- can help keep you motivated and most importantly it will force you to hold yourself accountable for meeting the goals you’ve set.

Tell a trusted friend, business partner or your spouse what your plan for prosperity consists of and then ask them to check in with you every so often to see how much progress you’ve made.

It will surely help you to keep moving along, as you’ll always want to have a good report to give them when asked.

Arm yourself with Affirmations

– Affirmations can be your best prosperity partner, especially during those times when you are on your own.

Take a look at my affirmations section and choose the ones that sound most like something you’d say and that affect you the most.

Repeat these affirmations daily, when you are feeling a bit unmotivated in particular.

Words are powerful.

This explains why the things we hear constantly sink in for us.

You decide which words you’ll believe and it makes all the difference in creating prosperity.

Put your Affirmations in Action

– The thing about affirmations is that they are meant to trick your mind into believing what it is being told.

If you tell yourself you are prosperous over and over again, you will feel as though you are and you’ll be motivated to become what you keep claiming to be.

Put the actions behind your affirmations so that they aren’t just empty words and promises, you owe it to yourself.

Begin a cycle of goodness and show gratitude – When your future begins to reveal itself and your hard work is paying off, show your gratitude.

Expressing gratitude towards those who’ve helped you get to where you are and for your overall success is sure to guarantee you further success.

Remember that there are plenty of resources out there for those who are serious about creating prosperity and take advantage of them.

Others who’ve succeeded are keeping the cycle going and helping others to succeed.

One day you may be able to help someone else.
