Thought Vibration

Thought Vibration

The Power Of Thought Vibration

Your thoughts can give off both positive and negative vibrations and other people – in fact the entire universe – can pick up on them.

Understanding thought vibration will make you a successful and wealthy person.

How and really what is Thought Vibration?

Thought VibrationWe’ve all heard people talking about “positive vibes” or “negative vibes,” as in, “That person gives off negative vibes.”

But did you know that science has proven that it’s true?

Your thoughts can give off both positive and negative vibrations and other people – in fact the entire universe – can pick up on them.

There is actual energy created by thoughts and it has been measured by the science known as applied kinesiology.

David Hawkins in his book Power vs. Force: The Hidden Determinants of Human Behavior goes through how he is able to calibrate people’s emotions and how those emotions have an impact on us all.

To boil it down, Hawkins tells us that our mind and how vibration of thought connects us to the rest of the universe.

What are your thoughts connecting you to?

Are you connecting to positive things, like love, acceptance and a willingness to help others?

Or are you connecting to fear, guilt and shame?

Shame, by the way, is a thought vibration calibrated to be only a notch or two above death!

Imagine how that impacts those around you, for good and bad.

Our thought vibration is what creates our energy field or aura – if you enter a room tense and in a bad mood, others pick up on it.

If you enter in a good mood, people will be drawn to you.

Carl Jung’s Universal Consciousness or “Collective Unconscious” tells us that one mind is shared by all people and it is the collective memory of human experience.

The Global Consciousness Project at Princeton University in the United States is monitoring our “global consciousness.” The Global Consciousness Project was set up to study interactions of consciousness with physical systems.

By studying significant events and dates in history, they are working to prove that we are all connected.

Thought vibration is also related to the Law of Attraction.

Have you ever noticed how certain people experience misfortune over and over again?

While others enjoy success?

Or have you ever been in a foul mood and then found yourself in the company of someone so upbeat that you immediately felt better?

For better or for worse, we are ALL connected.

So what things you can do to raise your thought vibration?

Or turn negative thoughts into positive thoughts?Thought Control

Here are nine things we can all do to improve ourselves, our thought vibration and the world around us.

dartTake responsibility for your life.

Examine your beliefs.

Replace negative, limiting beliefs with positive ones.

dartGet a pet!

This may sound odd, but people who own pets tend to have lower stress levels and live longer.

Animal therapists even take dogs and cats into hospitals and nursing homes, since people feel less pain when they are with an animal.

dartDon’t watch movies, read books or listen to music that brings you down – focus on the positive.

If you know a film or book is going to be a downer, avoid it.

dartFocus on what you want – not what you don’t want.

Instead of “I don’t want to get cancer” focus on “I want to stay healthy.”

dartBe grateful.

If you’re reading this, someone took the time to teach you how to read, you have a computer and a place to live.

Be grateful for all three.

Think of all the people in the world who aren’t as fortunate and send them love.

dartHave fun!

Spend time with people who make you feel good, avoid people who drain you.

dartFind meaning in your life. Pursuit Of Happiness

Help other people.

Find a cause you believe in and volunteer.

dartMediate to attain a higher level of consciousness.

Twenty minutes a day.

You’ll see a difference in your attitude.

You’ll feel calmer. It sounds too good to be true, but it’s not.

dartHelp other people. That’s the bottom line.

You can only find real meaning when you pay it forward.

I believe so strongly about the power of the mind, what we give out we get back, so be very careful what you give out.I would love to share with you my journey of overcoming challenges, it has so much to do with our thoughts.Overcoming Life’s Challenges

Thought Control

Thought Control And How To Achieve It

Thought Control is so powerful.

Creation is always happening. Every time an individual has a thought, or a prolonged chronic way of thinking they are in the creation process. Something is going to manifest out of those thoughts.

Thought Control, yes the Mind is so Powerful, Thoughts give you wonderful power, control your Thoughts and you have control over your life.

I believe so strongly about the power of the mind, I have walked over hot coals, by holding a fork and using the power of the mind, feeling the heat go through my body into my hand and then twisting that fork, into a mangled mess, yes I do believe in the power of the mind.

I talk a lot about the power of the mind in my book Overcoming Life’s Challenges

In my experience, there are two kinds of people: those who overcome life and those who are overcome by life.

What makes the difference?

You can look at two people from the same town, same school, sometimes from the same family, with equal opportunities, one may succeed while the other one fails.

What’s the difference between this person and that person?

dartTheir thoughts and the power of thought, there thought control.

dartThoughts can be positive or they can be negative.

dartThoughts are a blessing and a curse.

dartYour thoughts are seeds and you reap what you sow.

So what are you thinking about?

Do you fully understand the power of thought control?

All the thoughts you think and entertain in your conscious mind filter down to your subconscious, and that’s where the problem can begin.

Thoughts give you wonderful power -how are you using that thought control?

No one sets out to think negative thoughts, and you can’t help what pops into your head.

But you can help what happens after that.

Whether or not we indulge and entertain negative thoughts is up to us.

If you are so angry at someone that you think of punching them, what do you do?

Do you entertain that thought? Obsess over it in your mind?

Or do you take that thought and put it where it belongs -in the rubbish bin?

Negative thoughts can be stopped and positive thoughts encouraged.

You can control your thoughts and, more to the point, you should control your thoughts.

Just like you can change the topic of conversation when you don’t like what is being talked about, you can change the topic of your thoughts.

Even so, there is a difference between overcoming negative thoughts and repressing negative thoughts.

dartWhen you are dealing with negativity you want to acknowledge it and analyze it.

dartWhere is it coming from?

dartWhat brought this on?

Work through it logically and then put it away.

Do not try to repress or ignore these thoughts.

Repression and denial can cause many harmful consequences, including unnecessary stress and poor health.

Whether we are inherently an optimist or a pessimist could be determined when we are born.

It could be genetic.

But that doesn’t mean you are helpless to change it, we all have thought control.

How do you overcome negative thoughts and the consequences they bring?

The novice might think that all you have to do is “think good thoughts.”

And while that’s a start, that’s not the whole picture.

The answer lies in thinking of others, understanding our place in the universe and connecting to something greater than us.

The universe is an orderly place and it is based on love.

We must work to know our place within it; we must give and receive that love.

We must take time to mediate on the needs of others, what we can do to help others and how we can be part of the solution and not part of the problem.

We must work to connect to our higher power, direct our attention to that power and form a ladder so that our thoughts ascend to that power.

Prayer and meditation have been around for thousands of years.

Why?

Because it works.

If there was no benefit to be had from mediation, people would have stopped doing it a long time ago.

Now more than ever we need this quiet time to connect with what is real.

We are bombarded by messages of fear, hatred and materialism.

By controlling the power of thought, with thought control, not just for our sake but for the sake of everyone around us, we are united in our effort to make the world better.

Swine Flu

Swine Flu

What Is Swine Flu And How To Prevent It

Do you know what measures to take to prevent the
Swine flu from plaguing your family

If you have access to a television, have picked up a newspaper or even chatted with a friend, there’s a good chance you have heard about this Flu.

The news of this strain of influenza flu, though not new news, can be frightening when you aren’t sure just what you are dealing with.

How to prevent the Swine flu from plaguing your family and do you know what measures to take?

More importantly, are you aware of the ways in which this illness is spread and contracted?

Enlighten yourself with these important facts and better your chances of remaining healthy this flu season and throughout the year.

What is Swine Flu?

This disease is a mixture of the feared Avian Flu and many other influenza’s strains.

This disease, Swine influenza or H1N1, is caused by type A influenza virus and sickens pigs with the flu.

Like human flu reactions, this disease caused pigs to become ill but death was not often seen.

Additionally, the pigs tended to get sickest during the fall and winter months that are most commonly known for flu spread among humans.

These viruses are ever changing, like many other strains.

This is a result of the rearranging and immersion of new influenza viruses that occurs when they are passed to a pig via another species.

There are currently four leading influenza type A virus subtypes in pigs, with the most recently reported as active being the H1N1 viruses.

Once, this disease was passed from pigs to humans and therefore, humans who weren’t within the vicinity of pigs didn’t feel a need to worry.

However, the illness is now being spread from human to human contact and the outbreaks have caused quite a panic.

From Mexico to the United States and worldwide, this disease has taken its toll.

A cluster of deaths have been reported, schools have shut down for preventive measures and as the result of student and faculty illnesses, and many individuals are rightfully concerned with staying healthy.

Its cases have, until recently, been few and far apart dating back to the 1930s and 1970s.

How is it contracted?

As you learned in the previous paragraphs, this disease was originally contracted through contact with pigs.

This is still true today, working in close proximity of pigs and even visiting fairs and petting zoos where pigs are on display can cause you to contract this disease.

Humans can also infect pigs.

It is highly contagious, the same as other strains of flu.

Here are a few of the ways in which the Swine flu is contracted:

  • Sneezing or coughing on or near another person
  • Touching items that are holding traces of this disease and then touching the mouth or nose
  • Sharing drinks and utensils
  • Being in a closed in area with infected persons

Though there has been some worry over contracting the disease from foods, specifically pork products, there are no reported cases of contraction resulting this way.

What are the Signs of Swine Flu?

Knowing how this disease is spread is vital to staying healthy and helping others to remain healthy.

Most important though, is knowing the signs of the disease.

Its signs are so similar to those associated with the regular seasonal flu that it is often difficult to determine which you are dealing with.

How can you tell if you or a loved one is suffering from the everyday cold, the average flu or this dreaded strain of influenza virus?

Read on to learn the signs of this disease, be aware that they differ in adults and infants and children.

Signs of Swine Flu in Adults –

  • Fever
  • Lethargy
  • A lack or complete loss of appetite
  • Coughing
  • Runny nose
  • Stuffy nose
  • Sore throat
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Body aches
  • Cold chills
  • Headaches
  • Fatigue

While the above signs can be confused with normal flu symptoms, if any of the following signs of this disease occur you should seek immediate medical attention:

  • Difficulty breathing and/or shortness of breath
  • Sudden dizziness
  • Pressure and/or pain in the chest or abdomen
  • Severe, continuous vomiting

Signs of Swine flu in Children –

  • Fever
  • Sore throat
  • Cough
  • Runny nose
  • Stuffy nose
  • Cold chills
  • Headaches
  • Fatigue In children
  • Upset stomach

Children’s health is easily ruined by flues because of their naturally weaker immune systems.

If any of these signs appear, don’t hesitate to get medical care for your child immediately:

  • Blue tint to the skin
  • Rashes
  • Increased breathing
  • Lack of alertness
  • Dehydration due to refusal of liquids.
  • Severe diarrhea
  • Severe vomiting

Getting medical attention early on is important in Swine flu cases.

In the few cases where death resulted, pneumonia had commonly developed after early signs of the flu had been ignored.

How can you Prevent Swine Flu?

We all want to stay healthy while this disease is on the move.

How can you do so?

Here are a some tips on prevention of this disease:

  • Carry hand sanitizer and wash hands regularly.
  • Avoid touching public writing instruments, toilets and sink handles.
  • Avoid traveling via public transportation.
  • Avoid lingering in high traffic areas.
  • Get into the habit of sneezing and coughing into the crook of your elbow to contain germs.
  • Refrain from sharing drinks and eating utensils, as well as greeting others with kisses on the cheeks and shaking hands.
  • Stay home from work or school if you feel as though you have the flu.
  • Monitor the progression of your symptoms and call your doctor if you believe you have contracted the flu before going to an emergency room, which could increase your chances of contracting the disease

Learn more about the Swine Flu and how it is affecting those in your area by staying up to date through local newspapers, the televised news and the CDC website.

Educating yourself on the flu itself, how it is and isn’t contracted, symptoms and preventive measures will help you keep yourself and your family safe and healthy.

Quote by Albert Einstein

The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of human frame, and in the cause and prevention of disease.

Keeping Healthy

Keeping Healthy

Keeping Healthy Mind And Body

girl eating a healthy appleKeeping Healthy shows you if your body falls apart your mind will too. My articles will show you many ways of keeping both the body and mind healthy.

What does keeping healthy really mean?

Lots of people say Live life to the fullest!

But what the heck does that mean anyway?

Does that mean that some people don’t live life to the fullest?

And what’s the “fullest?”

Let me tell you what I think, and what my experience has shown me, because it means so many things.

  • It means “big things.”
  • It means never taking anything for granted and taking advantage of everything presented to you.
  • It means not waiting for opportunity to knock on your door – you go out and find it.
  • It means “small things.”

Do you savor your food – or do you stuff it down in a hurry without even tasting it?

Do you tell your friends and family that you love them – and mean it?

Do you have a dream?

Do you work every day to make it a reality?

If you do not fulfill your purpose, one day you will regret it.

Do not let routine and daily living steal your life.

Perhaps an un-lived life is not an oxymoron.

Don’t let that un-lived life be yours.

If your body falls apart, your mind will too.

Eat the right foods and exercise, keep healthy, so that you function to the best of your ability.

And just the way we need to exercise our bodies, we need to exercise our minds.

If you were to die today – what would be your biggest regret?

Work on fixing it NOW, while you can.

How to Relieve Stress

Learn How to Relieve Stress and Relax With Inspiring Quotes

stress reliefStress is caused by being “here” but wanting to be “there”.
– Eckhart Tolle

This is one way on how to relieve stress.

How true is this quote, another quote I would love to share which is on the same lines as above is a quote my son said to me.

If you are waiting for that 25% of time 75% of the time, there is something wrong. Don’t wish your time away as you will never get it back
Kane Mulvay

What he means by this, you go to work on Monday, keep looking at the clock and wishing the time will go faster, you are wishing that time away, whereas you should be enjoying every minuet of every day

Join me now on learning how to relieve stress quotes are effective means to relax and inspire one’s self to calm down and see the brighter side of things.

When problems seem insurmountable, we feel overwhelmed with fear—fear of failure, fear of pain, fear of what others would say, and many others.

But when you look back on your life, you will realize that while life is fraught with challenges, you have conquered many of these and the experience has taught you how to better cope with difficulties.

When I do get into this horrible space, I take some quiet time look at my book of quotes of where I am feeling whether it is stress, failure and I read them, they always uplift me, and as I go through out the day I keep that quote with me, saying it over and over and it is amazing how just that lightens the load.

This is what how to relieve stress quotes can do for you.

How to relieve Stress quotes convey the wisdom that the author has gained from his or her own reflections or experience, and delivers it to you to help you face challenges in a calm and positive way.

Words can heal, inspire, and motivate in the form of inspiring quotes.

Although they may be a string of words placed together and may not move mountains, they can stir emotions inside us that create moments of enlightenment.

These moments make us realize that the pain or challenges we are going through do not define who we are as a person or dictate what our future will be.

Most of these quotes were written by men and women who have treaded turbulent paths, but were able to cross these hurdles with success.

The mere act of reading them makes us pause and reflect.

It is easy for people who are under too much stress to focus on the negative, which amplifies fear and anxiety that manifest in many ways, such as chronic illnesses or troubled relationships.

Take comfort in these uplifting  quotes.

These will help you realize that no matter how hard life has become, as many stress quotes writers say, this too shall pass.
